Robins Financial Credit Union announces new Vice President of Project Management and Transformation

Warner Robins, Ga. – Robins Financial Credit Union proudly welcomes Amy Fuller as the new Vice President of Project Management & Transformation. In this role, Fuller will implement frameworks and efficiencies for prioritizing and delivering outcomes that align with the credit union’s strategic growth objectives.

“I am excited to welcome Amy to the Robins Financial Credit Union family,” said Amy Etheridge, Senior Vice President of Strategy & Transformation. “Her extensive experience, leadership, and proven track record in growth-oriented process improvements will be instrumental in furthering our mission to be Member Focused. Financial Partners. Community Proud.”

Robins Financial is dedicated to enhancing the financial well-being of its members and community. As a life-long credit union professional, Fuller is attracted to a mission that is centered on improving the lives of individuals.

“Not everyone has the same opportunities, and helping close the financial gap is an important part of what credit unions do,” stated Fuller. “Working for a well-respected, impactful organization like Robins Financial provides an opportunity to support an ecosystem that operationalizes the people-helping-people philosophy of our movement.”

Fuller brings with her 26 years of experience in the credit union industry, beginning with a role in marketing at the state-level credit union trade association. She then spent 20 years working for corporate credit unions in various leadership positions.

Fuller has lead with integrity throughout her career. “Integrity is a leadership principle that guides my decisions and actions. That includes personal integrity – such as being transparent, honest and accountable – and organizational integrity, which aligns the mission, vision and values with planning, prioritizing and investment decisions,” stated Fuller.
