Most recently, Edwards served as the Director of Finance for the City of Americus, Georgia, where she was responsible for overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Before moving into government finance, Edwards worked as a Senior Tax Accountant with Executive Tax & Consulting, where she developed a foundation in tax strategy and compliance. In her new role as Accounting Manager, Edwards will be responsible for overseeing the credit union’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

“I am thrilled to welcome Twany to the Robins Financial team,” said Marin Kovarovic, Vice President of Accounting at Robins Financial Credit Union. “Her expertise in financial operations will help to strengthen our Accounting team and help support the continued success of the credit union.”

Robins Financial is dedicated to its mission to be Member Focused, Financial Partners, Community Proud, and as the new Accounting Manager, Edwards will use her expertise and wealth of knowledge to uphold this mission.

“What attracted me to Robins Financial is its strong commitment to community-focused service and financial empowerment,” said Edwards. “The credit union’s emphasis on education and personalized service reflects values that I hold dear – helping individuals and families achieve financial security and success. I am excited to be a part of a team that is making such a meaningful impact on the lives of its members and the broader community.”
