Tuscaloosa, AL – The Alabama ONE Board of Directors recently approved Whitney Oswalt as CEO of Alabama ONE. Today, Oswalt announced the formation of its newly established Executive Leadership Team to leverage their extensive expertise to foster growth, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation for all Alabama ONE members.
Oswalt expressed his confidence in the team, stating, “It is my pleasure to announce the newly formed Executive Leadership Team. This team is comprised of highly skilled and experienced individuals who will continue to build on our strong foundation and focus more on our strategic priorities for our members. The Executive Leadership Team members are as follows:
– **Tracy Beam**: Appointed as Executive Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer, Tracy will focus on fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
– **Brittany Floyd**: Appointed as Executive Vice President – Chief Marketing and Development Officer. Brittany brings a wealth of experience in marketing strategies and development, poised to expand the organization’s reach and impact.
– **Jennifer Naves**: As Executive Vice President – Chief Member Experience Officer, Jennifer is dedicated to enhancing member satisfaction and engagement.
– **Jason Halperin**: Taking on the role of Executive Vice President – Chief Retail Officer, Jason will oversee the retail operations, advising on lending strategies and credit risk management.
– **Robert Long**: As Executive Vice President – Chief Technology Officer, Robert aims to drive technological innovation and efficiency across all credit union platforms.
