Addition Financial and PETE Partner to Innovate Employee Training with Cutting-Edge AI Tools

September 9th, 2024 Lizeth George Lizeth George Credit Union News, Florida 0 comments

LAKE MARY, Fla. (Sept. 9, 2024) – Addition Financial Credit Union announced today they are partnering with EdTech startup PETE to enhance team training for the credit union with AI-driven learning platforms. Addition Financial is the first financial institution to partner with the Orlando-based company.

By integrating PETE’s AI-powered technology, Addition Financial will be able to deliver hyper-personalized training materials and courses at a fraction of the time and cost the credit union typically expends. PETE’s platform allows the credit union to seamlessly host, manage, and distribute training content in their own customized online learning platform.

“Collaborating with a pioneering AI company like PETE is a great fit for the continuous improvement mindset we have at Addition Financial,” said Kevin Miller, President and CEO of Addition Financial Credit Union. “PETE’s innovative platform will allow our credit union to efficiently tailor our training to a diverse and evolving workforce so that we can continue to provide unparalleled service to our members.”

Using PETE, Addition Financial will develop digital courses to support several key objectives for the credit union, including:

  • Enhanced Employee Training: PETE’s AI-driven platform accelerates the design of the training process, equipping Addition Financial team members with real-time, targeted skills for improved performance.
  • Improved Member Service: With PETE’s technology, Addition Financial employees will be better prepared to serve members across key areas including Lending, Contact Center, Collections, Branch Operations, Commercial Lending, and Real Estate Lending.
  • Optimized Operations: The partnership will streamline training efforts across diverse areas of the credit union, fostering faster learning and improving service quality for Addition Financial’s growing member base.

“We are thrilled to work with Addition Financial as our first partner in the financial industry. Their commitment to innovation and forward-thinking approach aligns perfectly with our vision at PETE,” said Luis Garcia, President of PETE. “Introducing AI into their training programs marks an exciting new chapter for them, and we are honored that they have chosen us to be part of this transformation. We look forward to supporting their journey and helping them expand their training capabilities.”

Addition Financial joins professional soccer teams – Orlando City and Orlando Pride – as high-profile Central Florida partners now leveraging PETE’s AI learning solutions.
