Fort Walton Beach, Fla. – The Eglin Federal Credit Union Marketing Department was recognized by the Southern Public Relations Federation(SPRF) with their 2026 Lantern Award on Sept. 22, 2026, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
The SPRF is a regional network of public relations and communications professionals serving Alabama, North Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi. The SPRF Lantern Awards honor outstanding public relations, communications, and marketing work across the Gulf South, recognizing campaigns and projects that demonstrate excellence in strategy, execution and measurable results.
Eglin FCU’s Spring 2025 auto loan campaign, Dive into Incredible Savings, was recognized with a 2026 Lantern Award of Merit in the Advertising & Publications category. The campaign delivered a strong return on investment while surpassing its goals for reach and engagement. Its authentic, community-focused creative approach captured the spirit of the Gulf Coast lifestyle and reinforced Eglin FCU’s position as a trusted and competitive auto lender.
