Robins Financial Credit Union announces new Vice President of Risk and Assistant General Counsel

Warner Robins, Ga. – Robins Financial Credit Union proudly welcomes Jeremy Cobb as the new Vice President of Risk and Assistant General Counsel. In this role, Cobb will be responsible for leading our Risk Management and Collections teams, while also managing and advising on the credit union’s legal activities.

“I am excited to welcome Jeremy to the Robins Financial Credit Union family,” said Chris Parker, Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel. “His prior background and experience in risk mitigation and credit union legal department operations is a welcomed addition in our continued endeavors to ensure that the credit union operates in a safe and sound manner and in furthering our mission to be Member Focused. Financial Partners. Community Proud.”

Robins Financial is dedicated to enhancing the financial well-being of its members and community. As a life-long finance professional, Cobb is attracted to Robins Financial’s strong 70-year history of commitment to its members that is the embodiment of the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People.”

Cobb brings with him 20 years of experience in finance, beginning with a role in the contact center. Then working in branches as a retail and business banker and branch manager during college and law school. For the past 11 years, Cobb developed experience as a credit union lawyer, both in-house and in private practice.

Service, authenticity, and integrity are the leadership principles that guide Cobb’s decisions and actions. Robins Financial is excited to have him on board and looks forward to the positive impact he will make.
