GreenLyne and CUCollaborate Partner on Inclusive Finance through Home Equity Platform

September 10th, 2024 Lizeth George Lizeth George Credit Union News 0 comments

Washington, D.C., August 22, 2024 – GreenLyne, a home equity platform that helps financial institutions reach underserved homeowners requiring smaller sized home equity loans, has partnered with CUCollaborate to boost financial inclusion with CDFI-certified and emerging CDFI credit unions. Through an integration with CUCollaborate’s Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), financial institutions are now able to identify and reach consumers that fall within CDFI-eligible Target Markets within GreenLyne’s platform.

“Historically, financial institutions and underserved communities have struggled to ‘see and understand’ one another,” said Sid Mansur, Founder and CEO of GreenLyne. “Institutions have faced challenges in pinpointing, marketing to, and unlocking equity for underserved homeowners. At the same time, underserved homeowners have struggled to find the right home equity product that fits their needs. With CUCollaborate’s data, GreenLyne can apply advanced analytics to bridge the gap between CDFIs and the communities they aim to serve.”

Sam Brownell, Founder and CEO of CUCollaborate, added, “This partnership underscores our dedication to supporting credit unions in their mission-driven efforts. GreenLyne’s cutting-edge technology not only fosters inclusion in housing finance but also helps credit unions achieve their lending and membership growth goals.”

To learn more about the partnership, GreenLyne and CUCollaborate will co-host a webinar on October 8 at 3:00 PM ET. Attendees will gain insights into how this collaboration can support their strategic objectives. Register here.
