Warner Robins, GA – Each year, Robins Financial Credit Union awards three outstanding employees with the STAR Award in the following categories: Star Leader, Star Producer, and Star Performer. These awards recognize employees for their exceptional performance and dedication to upholding the credit union’s mission and vision.
Star Leaders demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and a commitment to guiding and inspiring their team. Star Producers are those who exhibit exceptional productivity, efficiency, and tangible contributions to the credit union’s success. Star Performers are recognized for their exceptional performance, innovation, and commitment to achieving outstanding results.
The Star Leader, Star Producer, and Star Performer of the Year were selected from among 90 employees who were each recognized through Robins Financial’s STAR Awards program in 2023. The credit union is pleased to congratulate the following recipients of the 2023 STAR Awards Program:
Star Leader of the Year – John Flanders
Star Producer of the Year – Christy Preston
Star Performer of the Year – Tye McDaniel
