Innovations Financial Credit Union Unveils SPARK TANK Challenge To Boost Efficiency & Collaboration Among Employees

September 7th, 2023 Lizeth George Lizeth George Credit Union News, Florida 0 comments

Panama City Beach, FL (September 7, 2023) – Innovations Financial Credit Union is thrilled to launch its ‘SPARK TANK’ Challenge, a dynamic competition designed to propel process improvements within the credit union. This exciting program empowers participants to unveil innovative ideas and strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. By instilling a culture of continuous improvement, the competition not only champions positive change but also cultivates staff collaboration and engagement.

The ‘SPARK TANK’ Challenge invites employees to brainstorm and implement solutions for everyday challenges, making operations more streamlined and member focused. The competition unfolds over six weeks, each dedicated to a specific phase. Process identification and research already began in late August. The week of October 2nd, teams will present their proposals to judges in a ‘shark tank-style’ format. Judges will then evaluate their innovation, potential impact, feasibility, presentation quality, and collaboration.

The ‘SPARK TANK’ Challenge not only encourages employees to think creatively but also prioritizes simplicity. Innovative ideas that lead to practical improvements will be celebrated, with bonus points awarded for effective teamwork.

Just recently being named one of American Banker’s Best Credit Unions to Work For in 2023, Innovations Financial Credit Union is committed to enhancing member experiences and operational efficiency. The ‘SPARK TANK’ Challenge reinforces this commitment by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement among our staff.
