Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union Announces Three New Positions in Q3

Fayetteville, NC  – Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the hiring and promotion of three team members.

Joey Hancock has joined the Credit Union as Training Manager and brings a passion for learning and development. With a 22-year background in financial services, Joey has developed new hire onboarding processes, created department manuals and resources, and built structured supplemental training programs to help team members grow and succeed in their roles. His expertise in employee development and commitment to continuous learning will help strengthen our team and enhance the overall experience and service we provide to our members.

Faith Myers has joined the Credit Union as Senior Vice President of Credit Administration. With more than 27 years of credit union experience, Faith brings extensive expertise in consumer and real estate lending, collections, lending operations and servicing, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and technology administration. Her knowledge and leadership will help strengthen our lending processes and risk management practices while supporting the Credit Union’s continued commitment to helping members achieve their financial goals.

Shantrice Watkins has been promoted to Branch Manager II, where she will continue leading branch operations and enhancing member experience. Shantrice has dedicated more than 16 years to Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union, beginning her career as a part-time teller and advancing to a leadership role through her passion for serving members, building successful teams, and supporting employee growth. Her leadership, dedication, and commitment to both members and employees continue to contribute to the Credit Union’s overall success.
