North Augusta, SC – SRP Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of two team members into recently created leadership roles. Mr. Andrew Boley has been named the Director of Continuous Improvements, and Ms. Ebony Smith the Director of Member Experience.

As the Director of Continuous Improvements, Mr. Boley’s primary responsibilities will be to drive team-member focused and process-based business transformation by creating consistent team member experiences and internal process improvement across all member servicing channels to include branch locations, the contact center, and the virtual experience department.

Mr. Boley began his career with SRP FCU in 2015 as a teller and worked his way up as a member service representative, assistant branch manager, and branch manager. His last position was a branch manager at the Grovetown branch. Mr. Boley is a 2024 Leadership Columbia County graduate.

As the Director of Member Experience, Ms. Smith’s primary responsibilities will be to work across the business to enhance member service and seek new ways to promote consistent, superior experiences that reflect the values of the organization. Additionally, she will drive consistent member experiences across all member-facing channels to include multiple branch locations, the contact center, and the virtual experience department.

Ms. Smith has been with SRP FCU for six years, beginning as an assistant branch manager. She was branch manager at the Augusta West branch prior to her promotion. Ms. Smith received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Military College, and in 2023 received her Financial Counseling Certification from the Credit Union Nation Association.”

“We are very excited to announce the creation and filling of these new leadership positions,” states Eric Jenkins, CEO of SRP Federal Credit Union. “This investment further demonstrates our commitment to enhancing the service our members receive across all delivery channels.”

“Andrew and Ebony have proven to be focused on ensuring that our members receive the best experience possible,” he continues. “Their dedication to leading teams that deliver exceptional service, make them excellent choices for these new leadership roles. We look forward to seeing their accomplishments as they move forward in their careers.”
