Warner Robins, Ga. – Robins Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Candace Johnson to the position of Contact Center Manager.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in customer service, team development and call center management, Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role. In her previous position with AT&T, Johnson traveled the country, developing and training teams in effective conversational skills and leadership techniques.

“I’ve spent years cultivating leadership and development skills, and I am excited to bring this experience to Robins Financial,” shared Johnson. “My top priority as the new Contact Center Manager is to enhance the member experience to build loyalty and meet the high expectations of our members. Improving efficiency without sacrificing service quality, as well as focusing on team development and training.”

In her new role as Contact Center Manager, Johnson will oversee the daily operations of the credit union’s contact center, ensuring the delivery of superior customer service to its members and supporting the organization’s mission to provide financial solutions that enhance the lives of its members and broader community.

“We are thrilled to welcome Candace to Robins Financial,” said John Flanders, Vice President of Delivery Channels at Robins Financial Credit Union. “Her commitment to putting people first and her hands-on approach make her a perfect fit for our organization. I have no doubt that her leadership will not only strengthen our team but also enhance the service we provide to every member we support.”

Johnson expressed that integrity, leading by example, and empowering others are the most important principles guiding her decisions and actions as she steps into this new role. She sees integrity as the fundamental pillar on which all other leadership qualities are built.

“A leader’s actions set the tone for how others interact and perform,” shared Johnson. “I strive to embody the behaviors and values I expect from others.”
