RadiFi Credit Union Promotes Bridgett Loafman to Chief Administration Officer Supporting Regional Growth and Member Experience Expansion

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – June 9, 2025 – RadiFi Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Bridgett Loafman to Chief Administration Officer (CAO), a strategic leadership role that reinforces RadiFi’s continued expansion of member services and branch locations across Northeast Florida.

In her new position, Loafman will lead strategic initiatives across human resources, organizational development, training, and administrative operations—functions that are critical to sustaining RadiFi’s growth and its commitment to a people-first culture and excellence in member care. This promotion aligns with RadiFi’s broader vision of enhancing its service model and deepening its presence in communities throughout the region.

“With Bridgett’s proven leadership and deep understanding of organizational development, RadiFi is well-positioned to expand access to personalized financial solutions,” said John Servos, President and CEO of RadiFi Credit Union. “Her passion for empowering teams and enhancing the employee experience directly contributes to our ability to serve our growing member base with excellence.”

Loafman brings over 40 years of experience in human resources and management to her role as CAO. She has played a pivotal role in shaping RadiFi’s operational excellence and member-first philosophy. Prior to this promotion, she served as Chief Human Resource Officer at RadiFi (formerly JAX Federal Credit Union), where she oversaw HR strategy and operations for the credit union’s 135 employees serving more than 40,000 members across Northeast Florida and beyond.

Before joining RadiFi, Loafman held leadership positions at Community Hospice & Palliative Care, Coastline Federal Credit Union, and Payment Systems for Credit Unions (PSCU). Her career reflects a consistent dedication to aligning employee engagement with organizational mission and service. She is also an active member of several professional and philanthropic organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Credit Union National Association (CUNA), and the American Cancer Society.

“I am honored to continue serving RadiFi in this new capacity as we grow our reach and enhance the ways we support our members to live more vibrantly,” said Loafman. “By investing in our people and our operations, we are building a stronger, more responsive organization that meets members where they are—both in our branches and digitally.”

This promotion comes at a time of exciting transformation and expansion for RadiFi. Following a comprehensive rebrand and name change in 2023, RadiFi opened its eighth branch location in December 2024 on Glenn Kernan Parkway. This branch marks the first physical location launched under the new RadiFi brand, symbolizing the organization’s renewed commitment to innovation, community engagement, and accessible banking.
