May 1st, 20180109A program affiliated with the Better Business Bureau and supported by Delta Community Credit Union recently awarded seven seniors from Georgia high schools scholarships based on their integrity.
More than 180 students from public and private high schools in 42 counties competed for the Center for Character Ethics' 2018 Student of Integrity Scholarship. Littleton spoke on WRBL's segment Mom's Morning Minute about using tax refunds to stave off debt.
"When you get a lump sum of money, the thing you think about is, 'Oh, I've really been wanting this or I've really been wanting that,'" Littleton said. "What we recommend is, number one, you want to save it."

The Meadowcreek High School students earned top honors in the 2018 Hospitality Foundation of Georgia ProStart State Championship. Their teacher, Chef Simone Byron, won the 2018 ProStart Teacher of the Year honor.
