Federal Employees CU refunded members 10% of interest they paid on loans from January, 2019 until September, 2019, placing the money into their share accounts. In total, the credit union rebated about $45,000.

February 6th, 2020069Tyndall Federal Credit Union recently presented United Way of Northwest Florida with a check for $10,000, according to a Channel 7 WJHG article.
The check represented a grant to assist with 2-1-1 services in United Way of Northwest Florida's six-county area, where residents can call the hotline for disaster assistance including help with housing, utility help, food, clothing and medical help. According to the Channel 7 article, nearly 150,000 residents were assisted by 2-1-1 after Hurricane Michael.

February 6th, 20202135Roy Bibb knows what it takes to lead his employees as president of MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union in Macon -- and now he also knows what it takes to lead a school.
Bibb recently acted as principal for the day when the Bibb County School District opened its doors to allow participants to experience the duties and responsibilities of a Bibb County principal, according to a WMGT 41 article. This was Bibb's third year acting as principal. He told WMGT he does it to help build relationships between the credit union, the school districts and the students.
