Joy Bing is promoted to Chief Operations Officer and Daryn Gardner is now Senior Vice President of Lending and Retail Operations
JACKSONVILLE, FL — RadiFi Credit Union is proud to announce the promotions of two of its executive leaders, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to operational excellence and member-focused growth. Joy Bing has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer (COO), and Daryn Gardner has been named Senior Vice President of Lending and Retail Operations. These executive appointments reflect RadiFi’s ongoing commitment to building a resilient, agile leadership team poised to meet the evolving needs of its members and the communities it serves.
Bing, who most recently served as Chief Lending Officer, brings a track record of strategic leadership and exceptional performance across RadiFi’s lending and mortgage operations. As COO, she will oversee lending, collections and the Member Engagement Center (MEC), as well as lead operations, retail branch operations and wealth solutions. Her expanded role is designed to enhance organizational alignment, drive efficiency and deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences across all channels. She assumed her new role on July 26, 2025.

Bing has been at RadiFi Credit Union since 2008. In addition to her past role as Chief Lending Officer, she served as Vice President of Consumer Lending and Mortgage and previously held the role of Director of Lending Operations. Prior to joining RadiFi, Bing was a Senior Credit Auditor at GE Capital, based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Gardner, formerly Vice President of Mortgage and Consumer Lending, will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Lending and Retail Operations. Gardner has been instrumental in expanding RadiFi’s lending portfolio and enhancing the credit union’s mortgage and consumer lending services. In his new role, he will continue to lead lending, mortgage, business development and MEC sales, while also providing support for wealth solutions and retail branch operations. This expanded leadership scope will support stronger connections between RadiFi’s lending strategies and branch operations to create a seamless member experience. Gardner began his new role on July 26, 2025.
“Daryn’s leadership has been essential in elevating our lending services to support growth,” said Servos. “His member-driven approach and passion for innovation will be invaluable as we strengthen the integration of our branch network and lending service channels.”
Prior to serving as Vice President of Mortgage and Consumer Lending at RadiFi Credit Union, Gardner served as Director of Mortgage Operations at PenFed Credit Union from 2021 to 2024. He served as Director of Mortgage and Loan Origination for RadiFi Credit Union (then known as Jax Federal Credit Union) from 2015 to 2021. His background also includes leadership positions at Digital Risk and Florida Credit Union. He currently serves as President of the Florida Credit Union Real Estate Network (CUREN).
