Robins Financial Credit Union Announces New Vice President

Warner Robins, GA — Robins Financial Credit Union, a leading financial institution dedicated to serving its members and communities, is delighted to announce the promotion of Amanda Haworth to the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Learning Development. In this new role, Haworth will oversee the strategic direction and implementation of human resources initiatives and training programs, further strengthening the credit union’s commitment to its employees’ growth and development.

With over 20 years’ experience at the credit union, Haworth has demonstrated remarkable leadership, exceptional people management skills and dedication to fostering a positive work culture. Her contributions have been instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent while also ensuring that our team has access to comprehensive training programs that align with the credit union’s strategic objectives and commitment to service.

As the Vice President of Human Resources and Learning Development, Haworth will lead the  execution of key initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and resource development. She will work alongside executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the credit union’s long-term goals, enhance employee satisfaction, and drive organizational success.

“We are thrilled to promote Amanda Haworth to the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Learning Development,” said Dee Dee Côté, Executive Vice President at Robins Financial Credit Union. “Her expertise, dedication, and innovative approach have been invaluable to our organization. We have full confidence that Amanda will continue to drive our HR and training efforts forward, ensuring that our employees remain at the heart of our credit union’s success.”

Haworth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Rainbow House Children’s Resource Center and is currently serving as the Board Chairman. Throughout the years, Amanda has held various positions throughout the organization. Her deep understanding of industry best practices, coupled with her passion for cultivating a positive work environment, will undoubtedly contribute to the continued growth and success of Robins Financial Credit Union.
