Warner Robins, Ga. – Robins Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Veronica Kelly to the position of Commercial Loan Administration Manager.
Kelly brings with her more than 30 years of banking and management experience. She will be responsible for leading the credit union’s Commercial Loan Administration team, ensuring business members receive high-quality service and support.
“I have a passion for all aspects of banking operational functions,” said Kelly. “My top priority in this new role is to pull everyone together as one team, regardless of their physical location, to ensure we provide excellent internal and external customer service.”
Kelly joined the Robins team during its acquisition of Person’s Banking Company in the fall of 2022. Prior to her career with Robins Financial, Kelly worked as a Loan Operations Clerk and Credit Administration Assistant. After the acquisition, she accepted the role as Senior Project Coordinator, allowing her to contribute to several cross-functional teams within the credit union.
