Atlanta, Ga. (Dec. 21, 2023) – On Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2023, the LGE Community Outreach Foundation presented $284,000 to local nonprofit organizations at LGE Community Credit Union’s annual celebration breakfast.

The event recognized nonprofit organizations throughout metro Atlanta and each organization was invited to speak and share donor impact stories with the credit union’s approximately 340 employees. Nonprofits that received donations from the LGE Foundation included Calvary Children’s Home, CASA of Paulding County, The Drake House, McKenna Farms Therapy Services, MUST Ministries, Next Step Ministries, SafePath Children’s Advocacy Center, United Military Care, and Warehouse of Hope.

In addition to the nonprofits recognized at the celebration breakfast, each LGE branch location selected a nonprofit organization in its community to receive a $1,000 donation as part of the LGE Foundation’s Season of Giving campaign.
