Panama City, Fla. – Innovations Financial Credit Union is proud to announce it has been ranked #54 on Florida State University’s 2026 Seminole 100 list, recognizing the fastest-growing businesses owned or led by FSU alumni.
The Seminole 100 celebrates alumni entrepreneurs and business leaders whose companies demonstrate strong, sustained growth. Rankings are based on compounded annual revenue growth and are independently calculated by Ernst & Young (EY).
The ninth annual Seminole 100 Celebration was held February 21 at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee, where honorees were recognized during an evening awards program attended by university leadership, alumni and business leaders from across the country.
“We are honored to be recognized among Florida State University’s fastest-growing alumni-led organizations,” said Scott Gladden, President & CEO of Innovations FCU. “Disciplined growth requires clarity of vision and a willingness to prepare today for what’s ahead tomorrow. We have been intentional about strengthening our foundation, investing strategically, and positioning Innovations for continued stability and opportunity.”
In recent years, Innovations has expanded its presence across Northwest Florida, enhanced its operational infrastructure, and continued investing in technology and talent to better serve its growing membership. While growth is important, the credit union remains focused on doing it the right way — thoughtfully, sustainably, and with long-term impact in mind.
Innovations also extends congratulations to the team at Champions First Credit Union, a fellow credit union recognized on this year’s Seminole 100 list. It is an honor to celebrate alongside organizations that are contributing to strong and vibrant communities across Florida.
