PANAMA CITY, FL – Innovations Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Kristie McLane to Director of Retail.
McLane joined Innovations in January 2025 as Director of Community Business Development and quickly became a valued member of the credit union’s leadership team. In her new role, she will oversee retail operations, including branch performance, consumer lending, deposit growth, member experience, and retail service initiatives across the credit union’s branch network.
With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, McLane brings a strong background in relationship building, business development, consumer banking, and community engagement. Her passion for helping people achieve their financial goals and her commitment to delivering exceptional service have made a meaningful impact on both members and team members throughout the organization.
