Peach State Federal Credit Union partners with Berenstain Bears to encourage financial literacy for all ages

July 10th, 20180240 Peach State Federal Credit Uion recently partnered with the Berenstain Bears Financial Literacy Program to educate children about the money management concept known as "Save, Share, Spend, Earn." As part of the program, Peach State will now offer a Cub Account, a savings account available to kids up to age 13. Paying Attention: Georgia Credit Unions begin 2018 with success

Savings accounts increased by 4.1 percent during the first quarter, according to data from the Credit Union National Association. While that isn’t as strong as the 5 percent growth posted in the first quarter of 2017, it’s about in line with the national average increase of 3.9 percent. Latin American credit unions visit Georgia CUs

June 25th, 201844493 Georgia credit unions and Georgia Credit Union Affiliates recently hosted credit unions from Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico and Uruguay for a "global classroom" learning initiative.
