May 28th, 2019189 A new scholarship recently created at Gwinnett Technical College honors former Peach state Chairman of the Board Rick Davis, who officially retired from the board at the May meeting.  Rick Davis The scholarship was established by Peach State Federal Credit Union to honor Davis' 19 years of service as a member of their board of directors, including the last six as chairman.
