About 355 toys were collected at Robins Financial Credit Union locations across central Georgia during the months of November and December. The toys were donated to Toys for Tots and will be given to needy children who would otherwise not receive Christmas presents.

November 22nd, 2019054Five Star Credit Union, headquartered in Dothan, Ala., recently donated more than 175 pounds of food to the Harbor, a local drop-in shelter in Dothan. The staff donated the food as part of the credit union’s annual Thanksgiving pot luck lunch. Staff was encouraged to bring canned food to share with the Harbor. Throughout the week, local homeless and underserved residents stop in at the Harbor for a hot meal and provisions for the week.

November 22nd, 2019074Robins Financial Credit Union in Georgia recently collected care packages to send off to troops who are currently serving overseas. Branches and back office departments were able to provide over 90 boxes to get to these troops just in time for the holidays.
As a part of this annual collection, Robins Financial Credit Union was able to provide a variety of items from snacks and grooming items to magazines, batteries and other beneficial items. These packages will be sent to troops deployed from Robins Air Force Base.
