MIRAMAR, Fla. – Richard Helber, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tropical Financial Credit Union, has announced he is stepping down from the role after 12 years. He is retiring after 40-plus years working in the credit union industry.

“We are saddened at the loss of Ms. Petree. A loyal Pen Air employee for 36 years, she served as a member of the Board of Directors for an additional 16,” says Delbert Lee Morgan, Pen Air Federal Credit Union President & CEO. “Ms. Petree originally joined us as a Clerk in 1956.
