August 8th, 20226121Vernon, Ala. – Avadian Credit Union completed the acquisition of Citizens State Bank of Vernon, Ala., on Sunday, July 31, 2022. Avadian and Citizens State Bank (CSB) announced the agreement of the acquisition in December 2021.
Avadian will keep both of the former CSB branches, including re-opening the downtown drive-thru branch in October.
The addition of the two branches brings Avadian’s locations across the state to 19.
