Augusta VAH Credit Union to merge with SRP Credit Union

October 11th, 201816418 Augusta VAH and SRP credit unions will merge by the end of the year. The two credit unions have a combined $1 billion in assets, 20 branches and more than 50 ATMs in Georgia and South Carolina. Atlanta Postal Credit Union announces new board member

October 10th, 20182136 Atlanta Postal Credit Union recently announced the appointment of Mike Cantrell, a distinguished postal service retiree, as its newest board member. Cantrell worked with the United States Postal Service as a rural letter career for 25 years, retiring in 2012. During his postal career, Cantrell held several leadership positions for the National Rural Letter Carrier's Association. October 4th, 20181114 Robins Financial Credit Union recently contributed more than $10,000 to adopt a room at Project Safe's emergency shelter. Project Safe is an organization working to end domestic violence through prevention, crisis intervention, ongoing supportive services for survivors of domestic violence and their children. Robins' donation will purchase bedroom furniture for their emergency shelter. Robins made the donation as part of its annual Community Project, through which it provides funds to organizations selected by a board committee based on their reputation and the work they do for the community.
