September 10th, 2020472 McCoy Federal donated to New Beginnings of Central Florida (NBCF) to strengthen those overcome by homelessness and poverty. NBCF was formed in 2007 when the founders discovered Clermont had no shelters or aid to prepare the homeless for economic independence. A small team of volunteer case workers implemented daily mandatory programs of education, private counseling, and on-the-job training. They also guided clients through the referral process for housing, utilities, health care, food, and clothing.
