(MOBILE, AL) New Horizons Credit Union held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Grand Opening event on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, 9:30 a.m. for its newest branch located at 5000 Rangeline Crossing Drive, Unit C. The new branch will be celebrating its Grand Opening during the entire month of February 2023.
Established in 1950, New Horizons Credit Union has been serving members for over 70 years and has seen tremendous growth. After conducting a feasibility and market study, New Horizons Credit Union officials chose to move their former Theodore Branch to the newer Rangeline Crossing area for better accessibility and visibility. Construction began in the spring of 2022 and was completed in January 2023.
The new state-of-the-art branch incorporates the Credit Union’s coastal colors and brand and features the latest innovative banking technology. While continuing to provide the personalized service seen at their current locations, the new branch will offer a more modern and exciting service experience.
The 1,000 square-foot store-front facility provides an open, welcoming environment featuring a touch screen information area and teller pods to assist members perform transactions quickly and conveniently. The facility has two member service offices to allow staff to personally assist members with competitive savings and lending options. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Members may schedule convenient appointments online at www.NewHCU.org/Appointments to avoid any wait times for loans and account services.

The Southwest Mobile Chamber representatives and local officials were on hand to help celebrate New Horizons Credit Union’s newly opened Rangeline Branch. A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was conducted followed by Grand Opening refreshments and giveaways.
