PANAMA CITY, FL – Innovations Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Jon Smiley to Director of Business Lending.
Smiley brings more than 20 years of lending and financial services experience to the role and has served as Business Lending Manager since joining Innovations three years ago. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in expanding the credit union’s business lending services, strengthening relationships with local business owners, and helping businesses throughout Northwest Florida access the financing solutions they need to grow and succeed.
As Director of Business Lending, Smiley will lead the credit union’s business lending strategy, oversee commercial lending operations, and continue working closely with business members to provide personalized lending and banking solutions.
Known throughout the community simply as “Smiley,” he has become a trusted resource for business owners seeking guidance on financing, cash flow management, and long-term growth opportunities. His relationship-focused approach and deep understanding of local businesses have helped Innovations continue to strengthen its presence in commercial lending.
