Innovations Financial Credit Union Names Jeremy Wood as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer

Panama City, FL – Innovations Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeremy Wood to Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this expanded leadership role, Wood will oversee the credit union’s strategic planning, human resources, marketing and communications, enterprise projects, information technology, and digital banking functions.

Since joining Innovations in 2021, Wood has played a critical role in driving operational improvements, leading high-impact projects, and shaping the credit union’s long-term growth strategy. As Director of Strategic Initiatives, he led the development of key expansion plans, spearheaded major technology enhancements, and helped position Innovations for continued success through process optimization and data-driven decision making. He was also instrumental in the recent acquisition and integration of First National Bank Northwest Florida.

Wood brings more than two decades of financial services and project leadership experience to the CSO role, with prior positions at IAP Worldwide Services, Sallie Mae, and Peoples First Community Bank. He holds an MBA from Troy University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
