Innovations Financial Credit Union Appoints Scott Gladden as President and Chief Executive Officer

PANAMA CITY, FL –  Innovations Financial Credit Union announces that Scott Gladden has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer.

Gladden brings more than 36 years of experience in the credit union industry, including 21 years with Innovations Financial Credit Union, where he will celebrate his anniversary in February. He served as President in 2025 and previously as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, reflecting a thoughtful leadership progression and deep institutional knowledge.

Throughout his tenure at Innovations, Gladden has played a key role in guiding operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational development. As President and CEO, he oversees all aspects of the credit union’s operations, strategic planning, and community engagement efforts.
