Roanoke, VA – The Westlake area of Smith Mountain Lake is now home to a Blue Eagle® Credit Union Eagle Vision® Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) with advanced ATM technology that provides live teller service during business hours, as well as 24/7 ATM access.
The ITM at 13400 Booker T Washington Hwy, Moneta, Virginia offers two convenient service options. Account holders can engage in a live video chat with a person by simply tapping the screen to conduct a wider variety of transactions, eliminating the need for a card. Alternatively, the machine can function as a standard ATM, allowing users to deposit and withdraw money using their card.
This is the first stand-alone ITM for Blue Eagle Credit Union, offering Smith Mountain Lake residents the opportunity to see banking differently® and a local five-star banking experience. Each of the Blue Eagle Credit Union offices house two ITMs, with all but one location having a drive-up option.
