Virginia Beach, VA – Chartway is proud to announce the recipients of its 2025 Directors’ Memorial Scholarship. This year, 12 student members have each been awarded $4,000—$1,000 more than last year—for a total of $48,000 in financial aid for 2025, marking the largest amount awarded in program history.
