May 29th, 2018084Peach State Federal Credit Union recently made a $5,000 donation to the Currahee Military Museum, an addition to the Stephens County History Museum in Toccoa.
The museum will receive $1,000 per year through 2022 from the credit union beginning this year.

Greg Jamison, a 31-year employee, has been promoted from consumer loan manager to loan servicing manager.

Laura Key, a senior from Walton High School, was also later recognized at a Cobb County School District board meeting, according to a Marietta Daily Journal article.

Georgia United opened nominations for School Crashers program nominations to all accredited K-12 schools in Georgia. Interested schools were required to include a photograph along with a 250-word statement explaining why their school should receive a makeover.
