PENSACOLA, Fla. — Fercillia Williams has been announced as the collections manager and Raymond Gideons as the mortgage manager for Loyalty Credit Union.
“We are excited to welcome Fercillia and Raymond to our team,” said Park Broome, Loyalty president and CEO. “Their experience and leadership will prove invaluable as our credit union takes its next steps to grow and enhance service to members.”
Williams is responsible for the oversight of the collections department, ensuring the quality and efficiency of delinquency management, credit risk assessment, and debt recovery processes.
She previously worked as a client success manager and collection analyst with Commercial Collectors Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to that, she held roles with Kahler Hospitality Group, Coyote Logistics, FedEx Corporation, MODE Transportation LLC, Resource Global Professionals, and ServiceMaster Brands.
“My mission is to provide innovative and effective financial solutions to our members and communities, while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence,” Williams said.
Williams received an associate degree in accounting and finance from Capella University.
Gideons is responsible for the oversight of the mortgage department, ensuring the quality and efficiency of loan origination, processing, underwriting, and pipeline management.
He previously worked as a loan partner II with Waymaker Mortgage Co. Prior to that, he held roles with Advanced Mortgage & Investment LLC, Edge Home Finance Corp., Black Hills Federal Credit Union, PRMG, and Navy Federal Credit Union.
“Throughout my career, my focus has always been on empowering teams, streamlining operations, and helping members successfully achieve their homeownership goals,” Gideons said.
Gideons received a Bachelor of Science, Master of Business Administration in general business administration and management, and a Master of Science in management and leadership from Western Governors University.
