PANAMA CITY, FL — Innovations Financial Credit Union has been named the No. 1 credit union to work for in Florida and No. 10 nationwide in American Banker’s2026 Best Credit Unions to Work For rankings.
The national recognition places Innovations among the country’s top credit unions for workplace culture and employee satisfaction and makes Innovations the highest-ranked Florida credit union on this year’s Best Credit Unions to Work For list.
The annual program evaluates credit unions through a review of workplace policies, practices and benefits, along with an employee survey that gives team members an opportunity to share their perspectives on their workplace experience.
For Innovations, earning a Top 10 national ranking and the No. 1 ranking among Florida credit unions to work for is especially meaningful because team member feedback plays an important role in the recognition.
