CULLMAN, Ala. — For the third year in a row, AmFirst’s Cullman location has been voted “Best Credit Union” by The Cullman Times’ Best of the Best awards for 2025. This recognition, determined by community votes, highlights the commitment and exceptional service the Cullman team provides its members and neighbors.
“Serving our Cullman community is at the heart of everything we do here at AmFirst,” said Daniel Boggan, Cullman location manager. “It is a great honor to have our friends and neighbors recognize our dedication to outstanding service three years in a row. As we work through building our new location, we look forward to all of the new opportunities we will have to expand our local impact.”
AmFirst’s Cullman location has been a fixture in the community since the 1980s, originally operating out of a strip mall before moving to its current location. Throughout the years, the location built a reputation for service and leadership, with every member of the team actively involved in supporting local nonprofits and community organizations.
In addition to the recent award, AmFirst began a major renovation of the Cullman location at the site of the old building. The updated location, which started construction in June 2025, will feature expanded office space, drive-up ATMs, and new safe deposit boxes to serve members more efficiently as the location grows.
As construction progresses, the AmFirst team remains committed to providing seamless service and supporting the Cullman community in new and meaningful ways.
